Before You Begin

Make sure you have these items ready:

SafeSky Subscription

Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plan

FlightHub 2 Access

Admin privileges required

Verified Account

SafeSky account registered

Integration Steps

Follow these simple steps to connect SafeSky traffic data to your FlightHub 2 dashboard

Create Integration

→Log in to SafeSky Enterprise Dashboard
→Navigate to Integrations
→Click "Add Integration"
→Select "DJI FlightHub 2"
→Copy your integration key

Integration key format:

sk_live_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Configure FlightHub 2

→Open DJI FlightHub 2
→Go to Settings → Integrations
→Find "SafeSky Traffic Awareness"
→Click "Enable"
→Paste your integration key
→Configure display preferences
→Click "Save"

Verify & Enjoy

→Open FlightHub 2 map view
→Enable SafeSky traffic layer
→Traffic appears on your map!

Troubleshooting

Common issues and their solutions

Traffic not appearing

Check these items:

  • •SafeSky layer enabled in map
  • •Integration key correctly entered
  • •Subscription is active
  • •Actual traffic in your area

"Invalid API Key" error

Solutions:

  • •Verify key starts with sk_live_
  • •Check for extra spaces
  • •Create new integration if needed

Data is delayed/outdated

Possible causes:

  • •Network connectivity issues
  • •FlightHub 2 refresh rate settings
  • •Approaching API usage limits

💡 Recommended: 5-10 second refresh interval

Quota exceeded

If you've reached your limit:

  • •Check usage in SafeSky Enterprise Dashboard
  • •Consider upgrading plan
  • •Wait for next billing cycle
